Coach Kingsley Terms of Service

1. Who You Are Contracting With

Coach Kingsley is operated by Kingsway Education Technologies LLC ("Kingsway Education Technologies LLC", "we", "us"), the legal entity providing the Coach Kingsley platform and the Coach Kingsley Founder Track program. Coach Kingsley is a trading name of Kingsway Education Technologies LLC. By using the service you are entering into an agreement with Kingsway Education Technologies LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling a student, purchasing access, or continuing to use Coach Kingsley, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a student, you confirm that you are the student's parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult, and that you have authority to accept these Terms on the student's behalf.

3. About Coach Kingsley

Coach Kingsley is an AI-powered learning coach and curriculum-based learning platform. Coach Kingsley Founder Track is a self-guided business-building track for students ages 12–18.

4. Parent / Guardian Responsibility

A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult is responsible for enrolling the student, managing billing, reviewing communications, and supporting appropriate use of the platform.

5. Student Use

Students are expected to use Coach Kingsley respectfully and honestly. Students should complete their own thinking, writing, decision-making, and creating.

6. AI-Assisted Learning

Coach Kingsley may explain concepts, ask questions, provide examples, help students get unstuck, and guide students through lessons. Coach Kingsley should not be used to complete assignments dishonestly or replace the student's original thinking.

AI-generated explanations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Students and families are responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying facts, and ensuring they have the rights to any content they submit as input. Coach Kingsley outputs are not a substitute for regulated professional advice.

7. No Professional Advice

Coach Kingsley provides educational support only. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

8. Accounts and Access

Access is connected to the selected product enrollment and subscription status. Families are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under their account.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Our Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Founder Track may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically until canceled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and Paddle's Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Families may cancel future subscription renewals at any time, and access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

11. Student Content

Students may create responses, assignments, Business Builder entries, Launch Kit content, and other work. The student/family keeps ownership of their original ideas and work, and grants Kingsway Education Technologies LLC a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

12. Platform Content and Intellectual Property

Kingsway Education Technologies LLC retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Coach Kingsley platform, curriculum, lesson structures, prompts, designs, software, and branding. These materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used to create competing materials without permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing the intellectual property of others, generating illegal, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content, attempting to bypass safety or technical limits, probing or interfering with platform security, distributing malware, or scraping the service.

We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce this section. Rights holders may report suspected infringement to info@kingswayyea.org; repeat infringement may result in termination.

14. Service Level and Warranties

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

15. Service Changes

Coach Kingsley may update features, lessons, pricing, policies, and platform functionality over time.

16. Suspension or Termination of Access

Access may be suspended, revoked, or terminated for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, safety concerns, misuse, or repeated or serious policy violations. Revoking one product enrollment does not automatically delete the user account or other product enrollments.

17. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kingsway Education Technologies LLC's place of establishment, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law grants you other rights.

18. Connected AI Apps (Agent Integrations)

You may connect an outside AI assistant (for example ChatGPT or Claude) to your Coach Kingsley account. A connection must be authorized by you on our consent screen and approved by Coach Kingsley before it works, and it grants read-only access to your own account data: basic profile and email, the published curriculum your account is entitled to, your lesson progress, and your assignment submissions and instructor feedback. Connected apps cannot create, change, or delete anything.

Information a connected app reads leaves Coach Kingsley and is then handled by that app's provider under their own terms, privacy policy, and retention rules. We are not responsible for what a provider you authorize does with it. If the account belongs to a student under 18, a parent or guardian should make this decision.

You must not use a connected app to have work written for a student, to bulk-extract or redistribute Coach Kingsley curriculum, or to access another person's account. Connection activity is logged and rate limited, connections may be suspended or revoked at any time for misuse or security reasons, and you can remove any connection yourself from Profile > Connected AI apps.
