Coach Kingsley is an entrepreneurship program for teens ages 12–18. Your child learns a founder skill, thinks it through with an AI coach that refuses to do the work for them, and leaves each lesson with something they actually built.
Every lesson follows the same rhythm, so a student always knows what is expected of them and you always know what they are working on.
Each lesson introduces one founder skill — spotting an opportunity, understanding a customer, shaping an offer, setting a price, telling the story. It is taught, not just prompted.
Your child talks the lesson through with Coach Kingsley. He asks what they think first, pushes on weak assumptions, and reteaches anything that did not land.
Then they write, decide, and build — naming customers, drafting an offer, sketching a first version of the product, choosing a price they can defend.
Finished work is collected in a Launch Kit: a growing, exportable document of their business that they can show a parent, a teacher, or a first customer.
These are the habits a young founder practises again and again. We describe what the program teaches, not outcomes we cannot promise.
Turning interests and frustrations into ideas worth testing.
Asking real people real questions instead of guessing.
Deciding what is being sold, to whom, and for how much — and why.
Shipping a simple first version rather than waiting for perfect.
Explaining value clearly and asking for the sale.
Structuring and delivering a pitch out loud, then improving it.
Weighing trade-offs and owning the choice.
Returning to unfinished work and moving it forward.
Coach Kingsley teaches and questions. Assignments are submitted in the student's own words.

No legal, medical, tax, or financial advice, and steady reminders to involve a trusted adult before real-world commitments.
Yes. The chat is one part of a structured program. There is a lesson sequence, an assignment for each lesson, a Business Builder where the business is documented, Creative Studio for visual assets, Pitch Practice for delivery, badges for milestones, and a Launch Kit that holds the finished work.
No, and that is deliberate. Coach Kingsley explains concepts, asks guiding questions, challenges thin answers, and helps a student revise their own writing. Final answers stay in the student's own words. You can read more on our Responsible AI page.
The program is written for middle and high school students. Guidance stays age-appropriate and avoids legal, medical, tax, and financial advice. Students are consistently reminded to involve a trusted adult in real-world decisions.
That is the normal starting point. The first stretch of the journey is idea discovery — turning interests, skills, and everyday frustrations into a concept worth testing.
They can bring it in. The journey then focuses on sharpening customers, offer, pricing, marketing, sales, and the pitch instead of starting over.
Founder Track is the self-guided version of the program. A young founder works at their own pace with Coach Kingsley as the mentor, and a parent sets up and owns the subscription.
KYEA Academy is the instructor-led experience from Kingsway Young Entrepreneurs Academy: live sessions, human instructor feedback, and cohort learning. Families often start with Founder Track and apply to the Academy later.
The parent account is connected to the student's account, so you can follow lesson progress, badges earned, and the work saved in the Launch Kit — without doing the work for them.
$30/month billed monthly, or $300/year billed once per year. Both plans include the same full access, and a subscription can be canceled at any time.
